  • 8.30pm - 9.30pm      : improvers 

Friday

  • 09:00am - 10:00am : Improvers/intermediate 
  • 10.15am - 11.15am  : improvers
  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm   : Intermediate
  • 1:15pm - 5:00pm     : Private/Studio

Mat Classes cost £60 for a course of 6 lessons running consecutively. There is a maximum of 12 people to a class.

Studio Sessions also available:

  • Up to 4 in the studio using a combination of specialised Pilates equipment and mat work. @ £25pp (75 minutes session). Some Pilates knowledge is required.
  • Private lessons available for a 1-1 session @ £45pp (75 minutes session). £35pp for a 2-1

  • Please note that if you have to cancell your lesson (mat or studio/private) 24 hours notice is required. A fee will be charged if notice is not given.
