  • 9:00am - 10:00am : Beginners

  • 5:45pm - 6:45pm : Improvers
  • 7:00pm - 8:00pm : Intermediate

Wednesday

  • 9:30am -10:30am : Improvers / Intermediate
  • 11:00 - 12:00pm     : Improvers
  • 12:30pm - 2:00pm : Studio Session
  • 6:20pm - 7:30pm : Intermediate
  • 7:30pm - 8:30pm : Intermediate

Thursday

  • 11:00am - 12:00pm : Beginners
  • 12:15pm - 4.00pm : Studio Session
  • 5:45pm - 6:45pm : Beginners

Friday

  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm : Beginners
  • 1:15pm - 4:00pm : Studio

Classes cost £54 for a course of 6 lessons, with a maximum of 12 people to a class.

Studio Sessions also available:

  • Up to 4 in the studio using specialised Pilates equipment @ £23pp (75 minutes session). Some Pilates knowledge is required.
  • Private lessons available for a 1-to-1 session @ £40pp (75 minutes session).
