"Prior to learning Pilates I was bothered by RSI (repetitive strain injury) in my right shoulder. The only solution I had found was regular massage (twice a month), which was costly but gave temporary relief from the sharp pains and tightness. However, with Lea's guidance, the Pilates exercises I have learnt in class have equipped me to deal with the symptoms as soon as I start feeling them. After following the appropriate exercises I feel immediate benefits and regular massage is no longer necessary."
