DO IT RIGHT
Life in Petersfield magazine came to experience Pilates, and wrote an article entitled 'do it right'
Aimee, assistant editor of the magazine is a lady who likes to keep herself fit by going to the gym and taking classes offered by the leisure centre she uses. After an initial introducuction to Pilates she says that she felt every move differently to how she normally does her exercises...tummy and bottoms mainly. she will be now using Pilates tecniques to get the maximum benefit from the effort she puts in.

New equipment
Another piece of equipment arrived this week…..the Ladder barrel. Perhaps the most demanding of all the pieces but gives a fantastic stretch and an excellent work out. There has been a great deal of interest in the equipment. People have started to realise that it’s not as scary as it looks and have reaped the benefits, applying what they have learned to the mat exercises, which after all was Joseph Pilates’ intention for the equipment.
